Art Printer’s LA Fire Relief Efforts
Hello lovely clients,
I hope you’re doing well and staying safe. We’ve all seen how the recent LA fires have devastated our community. Several of our clients have lost their home and/or art studio. It’s just awful.
As a native Angeleno, I am compelled to do what I can to help out my community. We’re a tiny but mighty business, and we’re going to do our best to raise funds in this time of need. We had many clients and friends reach out trying to figure out how to raise money with their artwork, but it gets overwhelming. We know a lot of people don’t have the time/means/organizational skills/digital savvy to put together their own fundraiser. This gave us the idea… we can do it for you!
So we’re starting our new online store Art Prints LA to help those affected by these wildfires in Los Angles. While we had been building a different online gallery store, we switched gears in this time of need. Art brings people together and we want to do our part. That’s why we’re launching with a special fundraiser through March of 2025—and we’d love for you to join us in making a difference!
All you creatives need to do is provide us with digital file(s) of your artwork (photography/paintings/illustrations/graphic art etc), a short bio and your fundraising preference. We’ll do the website work, printing, packaging, shipping (customers will be able to pick up from our studio as well) and donate the funds.
How It Works
Submit Your Application and Artwork: We’ll review your submission, files, fundraiser preference and collaborate with you to make sure all is set and ready to go live.
We Create Quality Products: Your image(s) will become beautiful fine art archival prints, printed on demand! Image(s) can be listed to be printed at 2 set print sizes and prices: $75 for 11x14 and $150 for 18x24 (total size including borders). Artists can choose to do both sizes or just one.
Sell to Support: Each customer who purchases a print will be able to choose where they want their money to be donated to from a list of charities submitted by the contributing artists.
Percentage Breakdown: No more than 15% of the sale price will go to expenses (website fees, printing costs, shipping materials, credit card processing fees, etc.), 5% will go to the artist (to help cover expenses from the contributing artists) and 80% will be donated to the customer's chosen fund.
Get Seen: You will have your own artist page URL with a short bio, photo of yourself, donation preference, link to your website and prints for sale. Your prints will also be featured on our main shop page with all of the contributing artists.
Share to Succeed: Spreading the word about our fundraiser with cross-promotion is key! We will provide each artist with customized graphics and photos to easily share across social media platforms. We will be reaching out to various outlets to promote the fundraiser and hopefully get as many eyeballs on this as possible.
